Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Due to the nature of prize competitions, Lucky Garage operates a strict no returns and no refund policy. Once an entry has been submitted and payment has been made, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned for any reason, except where we are required to do so by applicable law or where a competition is cancelled by us.

Competition Cancellation

If a competition is cancelled by Lucky Garage, affected participants will be notified via email (using the address associated with their account). In that case, a full refund will be issued for any tickets purchased for that competition. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, unless we are required to use a different method by law. We reserve the right to cancel any competition at our discretion, for example where there are technical issues or insufficient entries.

Chargebacks & Payment Reversals

Entries will be automatically cancelled if any payment is reversed or charged back by your payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in forfeiture of prizes and suspension or closure of your account. Participants with unresolved chargebacks may be ineligible to enter future competitions.

Identification & Compliance

Upon winning, we may request proof of identity, age and ownership or authorised use of the payment method used to enter. Failure to provide the required documents within the timeframe stated in your winner notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Tickets are non-transferable and only the original purchaser is eligible to claim a prize, provided all competition requirements are met.

Faulty or Damaged Prizes

If you receive a prize from Lucky Garage that is faulty or damaged, please contact our support team using the contact details on our website as soon as reasonably possible. We will assess the issue and provide a solution which may include a repair, replacement or, in exceptional circumstances, a refund, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery Errors

If you receive a prize that is not what you were notified you had won, or if it is missing parts or components, please contact us promptly. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution which may include arranging delivery of the correct prize, supplying missing components or, where appropriate, offering an alternative remedy at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Unless we agree otherwise or are required by law, you are responsible for any costs associated with returning items to us for inspection, repair or replacement. You should ensure that any items returned are adequately packaged and insured to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs before the item is received by us.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase, unless we agree an alternative method with you or are required to use a different method by law.

Liability & Losses

Lucky Garage is not liable for any losses incurred where there is no breach of a legal duty owed to you, or where the loss was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered a competition or used our services. We are also not responsible for losses resulting from your own actions or omissions, or from any business use of our services, including loss of profit, revenue, contracts or goodwill.

You agree that any foreseeable losses we incur due to your breach of this policy or misuse of our services may be claimed back from you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If there is any conflict between this policy and your legal rights, your legal rights will take precedence.
