1. Competition
Lucky Garage operates skill-based prize competitions. By purchasing tickets and entering our draws, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Employees, contractors, agents of Lucky Garage and anyone professionally connected with the competitions are not eligible to enter.
To enter, you select the number of tickets, answer a skill-based question correctly, and pay for your tickets. Entry is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled by us or we are required to refund by law.
Entries will be cancelled if any payment is reversed or charged back. We are not responsible for incomplete, delayed, damaged or unreceived entries for any reason.
2. Prizes
Each draw provides participants with the chance to win the prize(s) described on the competition page, typically a luxury car and any runner-up prizes indicated. Prizes are as specified on our website and may be substituted with one of equivalent value at our discretion. No cash alternatives will normally be offered.
Winners will be drawn at random from all correct entries, usually within 14 days of the competition closing. Winners will be notified via the email address provided and prizes delivered to the agreed address. If contact cannot be made or delivery fails despite reasonable attempts, the prize may be forfeited and offered to another entrant.
Delivery of the car normally takes between 5 and 21 days after the draw, but this is not guaranteed and may be affected by location and logistics. Winners outside the UK are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, VAT and shipping or registration costs.
3. Winners
We may request proof of identity, age and ownership or authorised use of the payment method used before releasing any prize. If the card or account used does not belong to the winner, we may require proof of authorisation from the cardholder. Required documents must be provided within the timeframe stated in the winner notification.
Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize in writing within the timeframe specified in the notification email and agree delivery arrangements shortly thereafter. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity, such as photographs or videos of the handover, which may be used by Lucky Garage on our website and social channels. You can withdraw consent for future use by contacting us in writing.
4. Website Use
This website is operated by Lucky Garage. By using the site you agree not to breach any laws, infringe any rights, disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access or use automated means (bots, scrapers etc.) without our consent.
We do not guarantee that the website will be available, error free or up to date at all times and we may suspend or change any part of the site without notice. We are not responsible for any third-party sites or services linked from our website.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which may be updated from time to time.
5. Accounts & Chargebacks
Accounts are for personal use only and must be kept secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
If you have any concerns about a charge on your account, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in forfeiture of prizes and suspension or closure of your account.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, we are not liable for losses that are not caused by our breach of a legal duty, that were not reasonably foreseeable, that are caused by your own acts or omissions, or that relate to business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. You are responsible for any foreseeable losses we incur as a result of your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.
7. Law, Jurisdiction & Complaints
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights.

8. Restricted Countries
Due to legal restrictions, players from certain countries (including Germany and any other territories listed on our website from time to time) are not allowed to participate. Entries from restricted countries will be void and we will refund ticket payments where reasonably possible, unless prohibited by law.
